As photos ‘round the world get brighter, contrastier, snappier, sharper, and bolder every seven years I can’t believe they’ve been talking about these trends since the 40’s!

*EDIT (September 11, 2011) I admit the reverse is also true: that for every photo just dripping of candy coloured gloss there are a dozen wannabe vintage pix. Ah, the tastes of a retro obsessed generation.
