Toronto Artists Connecting is an independent group show organized by Jessica Fleming. After a two year gap, TAC2 ripped through local Queen West hang Tequila Bookworm, on a stormy Wednesday eve, and the vibes were ripe and glorious. Complete with a bedazzling + glitter station, an Annie Lennox flash mob, live music, photography and ceramic sculptures TAC2 was a solid success. Here at the end of the event, I’m photographed by glass animation filmmaker Nicole Hewat.

i love the optical interference pattern hiding beneath the planes and gates. at first i thought i was seeing some really dope selective pixelization, but the cross-hatched markings on the ground have got the glimmer of focusing screen micro-prisms. nice work Tokyronto!
